WaTo Consulting Rates Schedule — Financial Year 2026/2027
Thank you for working with WaTo Consulting. The rates below apply for the current financial year. We remain committed to tailored solutions — monthly maintenance contracts and remote-assistance retainers are available to suit your business and budget.
Callout Consult (including callout & travel) — $180 per hour
This is the standard in-person consulting charge. Most WaTo Consulting services will incur this charge, which includes travel time to site. Scheduled meetings may also incur this charge even if attended remotely — due to the more specific allotment of staff time. WaTo Consulting staff will always make it clear when this is the case.
Workshop / Office Consult — $115 per hour
This discounted charge applies when WaTo Consulting staff can provide the required service remotely or by phone. Web development consulting, workshop setup and testing of equipment, and preparation of documents also incur this charge.
Urgent Consult (including callout & travel) — $360 per hour
Consulting between 5pm and 9am, or on weekends, incurs this charge. Urgent consults that require WaTo staff to cancel other work and immediately attend also incur this charge unless otherwise negotiated in advance. WaTo staff will always confirm you are aware of this charge and suggest alternatives before providing an urgent consult. Consulting scheduled in advance for these hours may instead incur a standard callout — staff will always make it clear when this is the case.
Courier Charge — Non-Urgent, Local — $40 each time
Applies when an item or small number of items is dropped off to a client in the Adelaide metro area on a non-urgent timeframe. If WaTo staff perform any on-site labour (installing and testing equipment, or consultation on another matter), a callout charge applies instead. Non-metro drop-offs, urgent drop-offs, or drop-offs requiring multiple staff or specialised vehicles also incur a callout charge unless otherwise negotiated in advance.
