Do you supply parts for older or discontinued machines?

We do our best. Our long-standing supplier relationships mean we can often source parts for machines that are no longer in production. If a part genuinely isn't available, we'll tell you and discuss alternatives.

Can we buy parts without using your installation service?

Absolutely. Many of our clients have in-house technicians who prefer to do their own fitting. We're happy to supply parts only — no obligation to use our service team.

Are your parts genuine or aftermarket?

We supply genuine OEM parts wherever possible. If a genuine part isn't available or is prohibitively expensive, we'll offer a compatible alternative and be upfront about the difference.
