WaTo Consulting helps small and medium businesses in Adelaide and across SA work out what to change in their technology and how, then does the hands-on work itself: systems, cloud, security, websites and the links between them. You get a plain plan with a price, and one small team from planning through to looking after it.
How it works
- Listen We talk with you and your team about how the business runs, what gets in the way and where you want to be.
- Look We review what you have now: systems, devices, software, security and costs. Often this starts with an IT audit.
- Plan A short, plain plan: what to change, in what order, what each step costs and what you get from it.
- Do We carry out the work, step by step, around your business hours, and keep you posted as we go.
- Look after We train your team, hand over clear notes, and can keep everything running under an ongoing agreement.
Questions
Is this only for big businesses?
No. Most of our clients are small and medium businesses: offices, clinics, cafes, trades and professional services. The plan is sized to your business and budget.
How long does it take?
It depends on what needs changing. A plan usually takes a few weeks. The work after it can be done all at once or in stages you choose.
Do we have to do everything in the plan?
No. The plan puts things in order of value, and you decide what to go ahead with and when.
Will it disrupt the business?
We plan changes around your trading hours and do disruptive work out of hours where we can, so your team keeps working.
What happens after the work is done?
Your team gets trained and has clear notes. If you want, we look after it all ongoing under managed IT.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the business and what the plan covers. We give you a clear price before any work starts. Our hourly rates are published on our rates schedule.
Can you do the work as well as the strategy?
Yes. That is the point. Where the plan needs technology work (systems, cloud, security, websites, integrations) our team does it, so there is no handoff to another provider.
Do you work with teams outside Adelaide?
Yes. Most of our clients are in Adelaide and across SA, and we also work with businesses interstate and remotely. If a job isn't a good fit for us, we'll say so up front.
