What is centre device management?

Centre device management is a project where we take a childcare centre's full technology setup — office PCs, staff laptops, room tablets, printers, the Wi-Fi network — and build it into a properly managed, secured environment. Every device is configured to a standard, enrolled in remote management, backed up and monitored. Centre device management questions

Can you work with our existing childcare software?

Yes. We work with all the major platforms — Xplor, QikKids, Kidsoft, OWNA, Storypark and more. We'll make sure your devices are configured to run your software properly, including any integrations with CCS reporting.

Do you supply the hardware or just set it up?

Both. We can procure everything for you — PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, networking gear — or configure hardware you've already purchased. Either way, it all gets built to the same standard.

What about centres outside Adelaide?

We support centres across South Australia. For regional sites, we build devices off-site and ship them pre-configured — most of the ongoing management happens remotely anyway.

How long does a full centre build take?

A typical centre with five to ten devices can be scoped, built and installed within two to three weeks. Larger multi-site rollouts take longer but we plan around your schedule to avoid disruption.
