Reseller hosting is a slice of a server you can divide up yourself. Using WHM, you create a cPanel account for each client, each with its own files, email, databases and login. Your clients see your name. You decide what to charge them. The hardware, security patching and backups stay with us.

Is reseller hosting really white-label?
Yes. Your clients log in to their own cPanel under your branding and nameservers. They don't see WaTo unless you tell them.
What is WHM and do I need to know it?
WHM (Web Host Manager) is the control panel above cPanel that you use to create and manage client accounts. The basics take an afternoon to learn, and we'll walk you through it.
Can you move my existing clients' sites?
Yes. We migrate client cPanel accounts from your current host, test each one on our servers and switch them over one by one.
Who supports my clients?
You do, for their websites and day-to-day questions. We support you on anything server-side: performance, email delivery, security and restores.
What happens when I outgrow a reseller plan?
Move to a bigger plan, or to a VPS or dedicated server with WHM. We plan and run the move.
