What's the difference between WordPress hosting and managed WordPress hosting?
WordPress hosting gives you a fast server, backups and support, and you keep your own site updated. Managed WordPress hosting adds updates tested on a staging copy, security monitoring and performance tuning done by us. You can move from one to the other at any time.
Can I host more than one WordPress site?
Yes. Extra sites can sit on the same account as addon domains, within the plan's storage. If you look after lots of client sites, reseller hosting gives each client their own cPanel.
Where are the servers?
In Australia. Your site, database and email are hosted here, and so are the daily backups and the first backup copy. Some extra backup options keep a copy overseas, and we tell you if yours does.
Will you move my WordPress site for free?
Yes. We copy the site, database and uploads, test it on a temporary address and switch DNS once you're happy. Your old host stays live until then.
Is WordPress hosting enough for an online store?
A small shop with a few products is fine. Once you're taking regular orders, WooCommerce hosting gives the store more memory and processing power so checkout stays quick.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Move to a bigger plan, managed WordPress or WooCommerce hosting as the site grows. It's the same platform, so there's no migration.
