Your data is backed up first, then files, programs, email and printers are restored on a fresh Windows 11 install. The work is done on site, remotely or by collecting the machine, and quoted upfront.
When does a reinstall make sense?
Over years, Windows collects leftover programs, broken updates and sometimes malware. Fixing each problem one by one can take longer than starting fresh. A clean reinstall wipes the clutter, and we back up your data first and restore it after, so you get a computer that feels new without losing anything.

Computer repair questions
Will I lose my files?
No. We back everything up before touching Windows and restore it afterwards. If the drive is failing, we try to recover what we can first.
How long does a reinstall take?
Usually one to two working days in the workshop, including restoring your files and programs.
Do you need my program licences?
For paid programs like Microsoft Office or accounting software, yes, or your login to them. We'll tell you what to find before we start.
Do you fix home computers?
We're business focused, but we're happy to help home offices and sole traders too.
