Keeper: every business password in one safe place
Passwords on sticky notes, in spreadsheets and reused everywhere are how most break-ins start. Keeper gives each person an encrypted vault, lets teams share logins safely, and lets us cut off access the minute someone leaves.

The short answer
Keeper is a business password manager that gives each staff member an encrypted vault, lets teams share logins through shared folders, and keeps audit logs of who accessed what. In Adelaide, WaTo Consulting sets it up, imports existing passwords, shows staff how to use it and handles new starters, leavers and lockouts.
What is Keeper?
Keeper is a password manager built for businesses. Every password is encrypted on the device before it's stored, so not even Keeper can read it. Staff get one vault that fills in logins for them on their PC and phone, and an admin console lets us control who can see what.
What you get
Strong, unique passwords
Keeper creates and remembers them, so nobody reuses the same one across sites.
Shared team folders
Share the supplier portal or the Wi-Fi login with the right people, without sending passwords by email.
Instant lockout for leavers
Disable one account and every shared login they had is out of their reach.
Audit logs
A record of who accessed what, for auditors and cyber insurers.

Who it's for
- Offices where passwords live in a shared spreadsheet or a notebook.
- Teams that share logins for suppliers, banks or government portals.
- Businesses with staff turnover who need access gone on the last day.
- Anyone asked about password management on an audit or insurance form.
How we roll it out
- Set up your company vault. We create the admin console, your team folders and the sharing rules.
- Bring the passwords across. We import from browsers and spreadsheets, then delete the old copies.
- Show your team. A short session on saving, filling and sharing. Most people are comfortable in a day.
- We look after it. New starters, leavers and forgotten master passwords are handled by us.
Why get Keeper through WaTo
- We set it up properly the first time: folders, sharing and recovery all planned.
- Pairs with Duo MFA for a much stronger login story.
- One local team to call when someone is locked out.
- Adelaide owned since 2001.
Keeper questions
What happens if someone forgets their master password?
With the Business plan we set up account recovery so an admin can help them back in, without anyone ever seeing their passwords.
Can Keeper see our passwords?
No. Keeper uses zero-knowledge encryption: the vault is encrypted on your device and only your team holds the keys.
Do staff need to install anything?
A browser extension on their computer and the Keeper app on their phone. We help with both.
