The short answer
WaTo Consulting supports Adelaide businesses that already use Google Workspace. We fix Gmail delivery and spam problems, recover admin access, add and remove users, organise shared drives, tighten security settings and handle staff who join or leave. Most work is done remotely the same day.
What Google Workspace support covers
Day-to-day help with the Google Workspace admin console, Gmail, Drive, Calendar and Meet: fixing problems as they come up, making changes when people join or leave, and checking the security and email settings that most small businesses never get around to.
What we help with
Email problems
Mail not arriving, going to spam or bouncing, usually fixed in the domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC settings.
Admin access
Recover a lost administrator account and make sure the business, not one person, controls Workspace.
Users and licences
Add new staff, remove leavers properly and stop paying for licences nobody uses.
Shared drives
Move company files out of personal drives into shared drives the business owns.
Security settings
Two-step verification, sharing rules and alerts set to sensible levels.
Phones and laptops
Get Gmail, Calendar and Drive working properly on staff devices.
Who it is for
- Small businesses already on Google Workspace with no IT person.
- Owners who set Workspace up themselves and are now the accidental administrator.
- Teams that have lost track of who has access to what.
How it works
- Tell us what is wrong. Call or log a job. A screenshot of any error message helps.
- We connect and fix it. Most Workspace problems are fixed remotely, often while you are on the phone.
- We fix the cause. If a setting or process caused it, we change it so it does not come back.
- Ongoing if you want it. Pay per job, or let us look after Workspace for you as part of ongoing support.
Why WaTo for Google Workspace
- We fix the setting that caused the problem, not just the symptom
- The business, not one staff member, ends up owning the admin account
- Most Workspace problems are sorted remotely, often while you are on the phone
- The same Adelaide team supports Workspace, your devices and your website
Google Workspace support questions
Who can help with Google Workspace in Adelaide?
WaTo Consulting supports Adelaide businesses on Google Workspace: email problems, admin access, users, shared drives and security. Most help is remote and same day.
We are locked out of the Google Workspace admin account. Can you help?
Usually, yes. Google has a recovery process for domain owners that involves proving you control the domain. We work through it with you and then set up a second admin so it cannot happen again.
Our Gmail keeps landing in customers' spam folders. Can you fix that?
Most often the domain's SPF, DKIM or DMARC records are missing or wrong, or another service sends email as you without being set up. We check and fix those records.
Do we need a support contract?
No. You can call us per job, or have us look after Workspace as part of ongoing support. We will suggest whichever suits how often you need help.
Can you help us move from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace, or the other way?
Yes. We handle migrations in both directions, including email, calendars, files and the domain changeover.
